The Global Association of Certification and License Authorization (GACLA) is the leading professional non-profit organization for the globally-recognized authorization of qualified certificates and licenses issued by certified agencies, institutes and organizations in foreign countries except the United States.
The GACLA was formed in San Diego City, California in 1983. At that time, the organization was known as the National Authorization Association for the Professionals. The name of the organization was changed in 2011 to “Association of International Services” and in 2013 to the “Global Association of Certification and License Authorization. ” It is not a trade union, but a non-profit, professional networking and educational organization. Currently, there are 140 chapters with 22,000 members and affiliates all over the world.
The mission of GACLA is “Providing quality authorization to the industry professionals by reviewing their certificates and licenses with professional review and justification and recognize excellence, set standards, and provide educational, networking, and professional development opportunities for those pursuing careers in the designated fields”.
The GACLA’s national and international membership body of over 2,200 is made up of Dance, Coaches, and other practitioners. As other organizations’ benefits are limited to educational discounts and seminars, the GACLA’s benefits can help promote you and your practice.
GACLA’s training is the first step towards a successful career as a Certified professionals. Upon training course completion, you will receive a course completion certificate.
